The Villas At Massey Ranch Airpark

Massey Ranch Airpark is a coastal fly-in community located just three miles from the magnificent beaches of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, just south of Daytona Beach. It’s an exceptional place in which to live, work and play.

The location is convenient to, well, everything. In addition to being located just minutes from the beach, Massey Ranch Airpark is just a mile from the intracoastal Waterway. Orlando and its famed attractions are an hour to the west. Kennedy Space Center is less than an hour to the south.

Massey Ranch Airpark is a general aviation slice of heaven for aviation enthusiasts. Whether you commute by air or fly just for fun, you’ll love the wide open airport with its 4,270′ paved and lighted runway, taxiway access to homes and commercial lots and the rich aviation environment. There is a centrally located FBO and the Airpark Aviation Center offers aircraft storage and self-service Jet A and 100LL fuel. There are several businesses on the field providing an array of aircraft maintenance and repair as well as other aviation services.

Some may consider building a home or business at Massey Ranch Airpark extravagant, but it actually is quite affordable and is an excellent investment.
